By downloading, installing or using Tactiq ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tactiq is an AI-powered football match analysis application that provides statistical analysis, probability calculations and predictions based on publicly available data. The App uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure and artificial intelligence models to generate insights.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

4. Disclaimer — Not Betting Advice

ALL CONTENT PROVIDED BY TACTIQ IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. Nothing in this App constitutes betting advice, gambling recommendations, financial advice or a guarantee of any outcome. Tactiq expressly disclaims any liability for decisions made based on its analyses. You use the App at your own risk.

5. Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: 3 analyses per day, rewarded advertisements displayed before each analysis.
• Basic Plan ($12.99/month): 16 analyses per day, analysis history (last 50), no advertisements.
• Premium Plan ($22.99/month): 32 analyses per day, full analysis history, success rate tracking, no advertisements.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through the Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

6. In-App Purchases & Refunds

All purchases are processed by Google. Refund requests must be directed to Google Play. Tactiq does not issue refunds independently.

7. Analysis Credits

An analysis credit is deducted only upon successful completion of an analysis. If the analysis fails due to a server or network error, your credit is preserved.

8. Free Tier — Advertisements

Free plan users will be shown a rewarded advertisement before each analysis. You must watch the advertisement to proceed. Tactiq uses Google AdMob for advertisement delivery.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use the App to provide a competing service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos and software of Tactiq are the exclusive property of the developer. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TACTIQ AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

3. Ehliyet Şartı

Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 18 yaşında olmanız gerekmektedir. Bu Şartları kabul ederek 18 yaş veya üzerinde olduğunuzu beyan etmiş olursunuz.

4. Yasal Uyarı — Bahis Tavsiyesi Değildir

TACTİQ TARAFINDAN SUNULAN TÜM İÇERİK YALNIZCA BİLGİLENDİRME VE EĞLENCE AMAÇLIDIR. Uygulama içeriğinin hiçbiri bahis tavsiyesi, kumar önerisi, finansal danışmanlık ya da herhangi bir sonucun garantisi niteliği taşımaz. Tactiq, analizlere dayanılarak alınan kararlardan doğabilecek zararlardan açıkça sorumluluğu reddeder.

5. Abonelik Planları

• Ücretsiz Plan: Günde 3 analiz, her analizden önce ödüllü reklam.
• Basic Plan (aylık $12,99): Günde 16 analiz, son 50 analiz geçmişi, reklam yok.
• Premium Plan (aylık $22,99): Günde 32 analiz, tüm analiz geçmişi, başarı yüzdesi takibi, reklam yok.

Abonelikler Google Play Store üzerinden aylık olarak faturalandırılır.

6. Uygulama İçi Satın Almalar ve İadeler

Tüm satın almalar Google tarafından işlenir. İade talepleri Google Play'e yönlendirilmelidir. Tactiq bağımsız olarak iade yapmamaktadır.

7. Analiz Hakkı

Analiz hakkı yalnızca analizin başarıyla tamamlanması halinde düşer. Sunucu veya ağ hatası nedeniyle analiz başarısız olursa hakkınız korunur.

8. Ücretsiz Plan — Reklamlar

Ücretsiz plan kullanıcılarına her analizden önce ödüllü reklam gösterilir. Devam etmek için reklamın izlenmesi zorunludur. Tactiq, reklam sunumu için Google AdMob'u kullanmaktadır.

9. Yasak Davranışlar

• Uygulamayı yasadışı amaçlarla kullanmak.
• Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik, derleme veya ayrıştırmak.
• Sistemlerimize yetkisiz erişim girişiminde bulunmak.
• Uygulamayı rakip bir hizmet sunmak için kullanmak.

10. Fikri Mülkiyet

Tactiq'e ait tüm içerik, ticari markalar, logolar ve yazılımlar geliştirici firmanın münhasır mülkiyetindedir. Size yalnızca sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez bir kullanım lisansı verilmektedir.

11. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

YASANIN İZİN VERDİĞİ AZAMI ÖLÇÜDE, TACTİQ VE GELİŞTİRİCİLERİ, UYGULAMANIN KULLANIMINDAN KAYNAKLANAN HİÇBİR DOLAYLI, ARIZÎ, ÖZEL, SONUÇ OLARAK DOĞAN VEYA CEZAİ ZARARDAN SORUMLU TUTULAMAZ.

12. Değişiklikler

Bu Şartları istediğimiz zaman değiştirme hakkımızı saklı tutarız. Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni Şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

13. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu Şartlar yürürlükteki Türk hukuku çerçevesinde yorumlanır. Anlaşmazlıklar yetkili mahkemelerde çözüme kavuşturulur.

Sie müssen mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein, um diese App zu nutzen. Durch die Zustimmung zu diesen Bedingungen bestätigen Sie, dass Sie 18 Jahre oder älter sind.

4. Haftungsausschluss — Keine Wettberatung

ALLE VON TACTIQ BEREITGESTELLTEN INHALTE DIENEN AUSSCHLIESSLICH INFORMATIONS- UND UNTERHALTUNGSZWECKEN. Nichts in dieser App stellt Wettberatung, Glücksspielempfehlungen, Finanzberatung oder eine Garantie für ein bestimmtes Ergebnis dar. Tactiq lehnt ausdrücklich jede Haftung für Entscheidungen ab, die auf der Grundlage seiner Analysen getroffen werden. Sie nutzen die App auf eigenes Risiko.

5. Abonnementpläne

• Kostenloser Plan: 3 Analysen pro Tag, Werbung vor jeder Analyse.
• Basic Plan (12,99 $/Monat): 16 Analysen pro Tag, Analysehistorie (letzte 50), keine Werbung.
• Premium Plan (22,99 $/Monat): 32 Analysen pro Tag, vollständige Analysehistorie, Erfolgsquoten-Tracking, keine Werbung.

Abonnements werden monatlich über den Google Play Store abgerechnet und unterliegen den jeweiligen Bedingungen.

6. In-App-Käufe & Rückerstattungen

Alle Käufe werden von Google abgewickelt. Rückerstattungsanfragen sind an Google Play zu richten. Tactiq stellt keine eigenständigen Rückerstattungen aus.

7. Analyseguthaben

Ein Analyseguthaben wird nur bei erfolgreichem Abschluss einer Analyse abgezogen. Schlägt die Analyse aufgrund eines Server- oder Netzwerkfehlers fehl, bleibt Ihr Guthaben erhalten.

8. Kostenloser Plan — Werbung

Nutzern des kostenlosen Plans wird vor jeder Analyse eine Werbeanzeige gezeigt. Sie müssen die Werbung ansehen, um fortzufahren. Tactiq verwendet Google AdMob zur Werbeanzeige.

9. Verbotenes Verhalten

Sie verpflichten sich, die App nicht zu nutzen, um:

• Rechtswidrige Zwecke zu verfolgen.
• Die App zurückzuentwickeln, zu dekompilieren oder zu disassemblieren.
• Unbefugten Zugriff auf unsere Systeme zu versuchen.
• Einen konkurrierenden Dienst anzubieten.

10. Geistiges Eigentum

Alle Inhalte, Markenzeichen, Logos und Software von Tactiq sind ausschließliches Eigentum des Entwicklers. Sie erhalten eine beschränkte, nicht exklusive, nicht übertragbare Lizenz zur Nutzung der App.

11. Haftungsbeschränkung

IM GRÖSSTMÖGLICHEN GESETZLICH ZULÄSSIGEN UMFANG HAFTEN TACTIQ UND SEINE ENTWICKLER NICHT FÜR INDIREKTE, ZUFÄLLIGE, BESONDERE, FOLGE- ODER STRAFSCHADENSERSATZANSPRÜCHE, DIE AUS IHRER NUTZUNG DER APP ENTSTEHEN.

12. Änderungen

• Plan Premium (22,99 $/mois) : 32 analyses par jour, historique complet des analyses, suivi du taux de réussite, sans publicité.

Les abonnements sont facturés mensuellement via le Google Play Store et sont soumis à leurs conditions respectives.

6. Achats intégrés & remboursements

Tous les achats sont traités par Google. Les demandes de remboursement doivent être adressées à Google Play. Tactiq n'émet pas de remboursements de manière indépendante.

7. Crédits d'analyse

Un crédit d'analyse est déduit uniquement lors de la réussite d'une analyse. Si l'analyse échoue en raison d'une erreur serveur ou réseau, votre crédit est conservé.

8. Plan gratuit — Publicités

Les utilisateurs du plan gratuit verront une publicité récompensée avant chaque analyse. Vous devez regarder la publicité pour continuer. Tactiq utilise Google AdMob pour la diffusion des publicités.

9. Comportements interdits

Vous vous engagez à ne pas :

• Utiliser l'Application à des fins illégales.

Todo o conteúdo, marcas comerciais, logótipos e software da Tactiq são propriedade exclusiva do desenvolvedor. Recebe uma licença limitada, não exclusiva e não transferível para utilizar a App.

11. Limitação de responsabilidade

NA MÁXIMA EXTENSÃO PERMITIDA POR LEI, A TACTIQ E OS SEUS DESENVOLVEDORES NÃO SERÃO RESPONSÁVEIS POR QUAISQUER DANOS INDIRETOS, INCIDENTAIS, ESPECIAIS, CONSEQUENTES OU PUNITIVOS DECORRENTES DA SUA UTILIZAÇÃO DA APP.

12. Modificações

Reservamo-nos o direito de modificar estes Termos a qualquer momento. O uso continuado da App após as alterações constitui a aceitação dos novos Termos.

13. Lei aplicável

Estes Termos serão regidos e interpretados de acordo com as leis aplicáveis. As disputas serão resolvidas por arbitragem vinculativa ou num tribunal de jurisdição competente.
