Ha az adatkezelés hozzájárulásra épül, bármikor visszavonhatod.

A1. ACCOUNT DELETION PROCEDURE (RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN, GDPR ART. 17)
EU/EEA residents and users in jurisdictions with similar data protection laws (including Turkey under KVKK) may exercise the right to erasure through:
In-App: Open the App, navigate to Settings, then Account, then Delete Account.
By Email: Send a request to support@tactiq.club with "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. Include the email address associated with your account.
Tactiq will:
• Confirm the request within 7 days.
• Complete the deletion within 30 days of confirmation.
• Notify you by email upon completion.
Deleted data includes: account profile, analysis history, push notification tokens, user preferences, and subscription metadata held on our servers. Anonymized analytics, security logs (90-day rolling window), and tax / regulatory records are retained as permitted by applicable law. Backup snapshots are purged within 30 days following the deletion.
Account deletion is irreversible. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple App Store or Google Play, since billing is managed by those platforms and not by Tactiq.
A2. CROSS-PLATFORM PROCESSING NOTE
Tactiq operates on iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and Android. Subscriptions are synchronized between iOS and macOS using your Apple ID and Apple StoreKit. The legal basis for this cross-platform processing is contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in ensuring consistent service across your devices (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
A3. NEW DATA PROCESSORS
In addition to the processors named earlier, the following are now engaged with appropriate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in place:
• Apple Inc., for Sign in with Apple, App Store / Mac App Store subscription verification, and StoreKit cross-platform entitlement.
• Amazon Bedrock, for AI processing of match analysis (analysis inputs only, no account data).
Data transfers outside the European Economic Area continue to rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
This Addendum is incorporated into and forms part of the Data Processing Notice. In case of conflict between this Addendum and earlier sections, this Addendum prevails.
