1. INTRODUCTION
Tactiq ("we", "our", "the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
2. DATA CONTROLLER

3. DATA WE COLLECT
a) Account Data (via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In):
• Full name
• Email address
• Profile photo URL
• Google or Apple unique user ID
b) Usage Data:
• Number of analyses performed
• Analysis inputs (team names, tournament name)
• Analysis results
• Subscription tier and platform
• App usage timestamps
c) Device & Technical Data:
• Device type and operating system version (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Android)
• App version
• Crash and error logs (anonymous)
d) Advertising Data (Free Plan only on iOS and Android):
• Ad impressions and interactions via Google AdMob (subject to Google's Privacy Policy)
e) Push Notification Data:
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token
• Device platform (iOS / iPadOS / macOS / Android)
• UTC timezone offset (for timezone-aware notification delivery)
• Notification preferences (which notification types you enable/disable)
4. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
• To provide and improve the App's analysis service across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and Android.
• To manage your account and synchronize subscriptions across iOS and macOS via your Apple ID.
• To enforce daily analysis limits based on your subscription tier and platform.
• To store your analysis history (Free / macOS Base: last 10, Basic: last 50, Premium: last 200 analyses).
• To display relevant advertisements (Free plan only on iOS and Android; macOS Base is ad-free).
• To communicate important service updates and notifications.
• To send push notifications (match results, daily limit resets, reminders) based on your preferences.
5. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications. You can control which types of notifications you receive in the App's Settings screen. We store up to 5 device tokens per account to support multi-device usage. Your timezone offset is used solely to deliver notifications at appropriate local times. You can disable all notifications through your device's system settings at any time.
6. DATA STORAGE
Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers, specifically in AWS DynamoDB Global Tables across us-east-1, eu-central-1, and ap-northeast-1. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit.
7. DATA RETENTION
• Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
• Analysis history: Free / macOS Base retains last 10 analyses; Basic plan retains last 50 analyses; Premium plan retains last 200 analyses.
• FCM tokens: Deleted immediately upon account deletion.
• Logs: Retained for up to 90 days for debugging purposes.
8. DATA SHARING
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
• AWS (infrastructure provider)
• Google (Sign-In, AdMob on iOS / Android Free tier, and Firebase Cloud Messaging)
• Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store / Mac App Store subscription verification, Apple StoreKit cross-platform entitlement)
• RevenueCat (subscription management)
• Amazon Bedrock (AI processing, analysis inputs only, no account data)
9. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Your data may be processed outside your country of residence (e.g., AWS servers in the US, EU, or Japan). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
10. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten"), see section 11 for the procedure
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability

11. ACCOUNT DELETION PROCEDURE
You can delete your account at any time through one of two methods:
In-App (recommended): Open the App, navigate to Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. Confirm the deletion. Your account and associated data will be queued for deletion.
Via Email: Send a deletion request to support@tactiq.club from the email address associated with your account. Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirmation.
What is deleted:
• Account profile (name, email, profile photo, Google / Apple unique IDs)
• Analysis history (all saved analyses)
• Push notification tokens (FCM)
• User preferences and settings
• Subscription metadata (note: active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple App Store or Google Play)
What is retained:
• Anonymized analytics data (no personal identifiers)
• Backup snapshots are deleted within 30 days after the deletion is processed
• Security logs (90-day rolling window)
• Records required by applicable tax or regulatory law
Account deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
13. COOKIES AND TRACKING
The App does not use browser cookies. The App may use anonymous analytics identifiers for crash reporting.
14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
