1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing or using Tactiq ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Tactiq is an AI-powered football match analysis application that provides statistical analysis, probability calculations and predictions based on publicly available data. The App uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure and artificial intelligence models to generate insights.
Tactiq features include: pre-match win probability analysis, expected goals (xG), Live Match Analysis, the Stats Hub, the FIFA World Cup 2026 hub, match simulator with lineup overrides, AI-generated tactical briefings and AI commentary, Brier-calibrated personal accuracy tracking, head-to-head history, injury and suspension reports, enhanced data across a broad set of leagues, including featured leagues with full player data, and 32-language localization. Available on iOS, iPadOS, macOS (Tactiq for Desktop), and Android.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.
4. DISCLAIMER, ANALYSIS ACCURACY, AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT
ALL CONTENT PROVIDED BY TACTIQ IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. Nothing in this App constitutes betting advice, gambling recommendations, financial advice or a guarantee of any outcome.
Tactiq's analyses, probabilities, expected goals, simulations, tactical briefings, and all other outputs are produced entirely by statistical and mathematical computation and by automated AI models. They are estimates only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong. Football outcomes are inherently uncertain and no analysis can predict them reliably.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tactiq accepts no liability whatsoever for any error, inaccuracy, or omission in its analyses, or for any decision, action, loss, or damage arising from reliance on them. You use the App and its analyses entirely at your own risk.
By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer. If you do not accept it, you must not use the App.
5. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
Tactiq offers the following subscription tiers. Exact prices and the exact number of analyses are not fixed by these Terms; both are governed by the discretionary terms at the end of this section and are always shown in the App and on the relevant store listing before you purchase.
iOS and iPadOS:
• Free: a limited daily analysis allowance, ad-supported (a rewarded video is shown before each analysis).
• Ad-Free: the same daily allowance as Free, with all advertisements removed.
• Basic: a higher daily allowance, no advertisements, and expanded data layers including enhanced data for featured leagues with full player data.
• Premium: the highest daily allowance, no advertisements, plus all features including Match Simulator, Tactical Briefing, AI commentary, Live Match Analysis, the Stats Hub, the FIFA World Cup 2026 hub, and Brier-calibrated success scoring.
Android:
• Free: a limited daily analysis allowance, ad-supported (a rewarded video is shown before each analysis).
• Ad-Free: the same daily allowance as Free, with all advertisements removed.
• Basic: a higher daily allowance, no advertisements, and expanded data layers including enhanced data for featured leagues with full player data.
• Premium: the highest daily allowance, no advertisements, plus all premium features.
macOS (Tactiq for Desktop):
• Base: ad-free Mac access with the entry-level daily allowance. No Free tier exists on macOS, which carries no advertisements.
• Basic: a higher daily allowance with full feature parity with iOS and Android Basic.
• Premium: the highest daily allowance with full feature parity with iOS and Android Premium.
Pricing, regional variation, and our discretion:
• We do not state fixed prices in these Terms. The current price for each tier is always shown in the App and on the Apple App Store, Mac App Store, or Google Play Store before you confirm a purchase. Any US dollar figures shown on our website are base reference prices only: an average baseline per package, not the exact amount every user pays.
• Actual prices are localized by each store to your local currency, based on the store's then-current exchange rates and regional pricing tables, and may therefore be higher or lower than the base reference price.
• We set base prices for each platform (iOS and iPadOS, Android, and macOS) independently, and we may change them, run promotions or discounts, or adjust prices upward or downward at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
• Free-tier availability, promotional offers, trial periods, and free-usage allowances may be introduced, modified, or withdrawn at any time, at our sole discretion.
Analyses and allowances:
• The types of analyses offered (for example pre-match analysis, Live Match Analysis, simulations, tactical briefings, and AI commentary) and the daily number of each available per tier are determined solely by Tactiq. We may add or remove analysis types and increase or decrease their daily allowances at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in order to maintain service quality, manage operational costs, and prevent abuse. The allowances in effect are always displayed inside the App.
Billing:
All subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, Mac App Store, or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
6. CROSS-PLATFORM SUBSCRIPTIONS
Tactiq runs on Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac) and Android devices (phone, tablet). How a subscription is shared depends on the store that processed the purchase:
• Apple ecosystem (iPhone, iPad, Mac): One Apple ID covers Tactiq across all your Apple devices. A subscription purchased on any Apple device through the App Store or Mac App Store automatically applies to the others signed in with the same Apple ID.
• Android ecosystem (phone, tablet): One Google account covers Tactiq across your Android devices. A subscription purchased through Google Play applies to every Android device signed in with the same Google account.
• Between Apple and Android: Apple and Google process payments separately, so a purchase made on one does not automatically transfer to the other. To carry your benefits across an Apple device and an Android device, sign in to Tactiq with the same identity on both, using Google Sign-In or the same email login. Tactiq then recognizes you as the same user and applies your entitlement on both platforms.
Additional notes:
• A macOS Base subscriber receives iOS / iPadOS access at the Free (ad-supported) tier through the shared Apple ID.
• Cancelling through Apple cancels access on all Apple devices at once; cancelling through Google Play cancels access on all Android devices at once.
• Each subscription is managed by the store that sold it. Refunds and cancellations follow that store's policy.
7. IN-APP PURCHASES AND REFUNDS
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be directed to the respective platform. Tactiq does not issue refunds independently.
8. ANALYSIS CREDITS
An analysis credit is deducted only upon successful completion of an analysis. If the analysis fails due to a server or network error, your credit is preserved.
9. FREE TIER ADVERTISEMENTS
Free plan users on iOS and Android will be shown a rewarded advertisement before each analysis. You must watch the advertisement to proceed. Tactiq uses Google AdMob for advertisement delivery. Ad-Free, Basic, and Premium subscribers, as well as all macOS tiers, see no advertisements.
10. PROHIBITED CONDUCT AND ENFORCEMENT RIGHTS
You agree not to:
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or money laundering.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
• Use the App to provide a competing service or to scrape, mirror, or republish our analysis output.
• Submit fraudulent or stolen payment information.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier daily limits or to abuse promotional offers.
• Manipulate or interfere with the App's analysis engine or analytics.
• Engage in abusive behavior toward our support team.
Tactiq reserves the following rights in case of violation:
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, immediately and without notice.
• Delete data associated with accounts that engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Refuse service to any user at our sole discretion.
• Pursue legal remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of legal costs.
• Cooperate with law enforcement and disclose user data when legally required.
• Permanently ban a user, together with any associated devices, indefinitely and across all platforms, where we detect abuse, fraud, or attempts to circumvent these Terms or our daily limits. Such bans may operate at the device and hardware-identifier level, may apply across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and Android simultaneously, and may prevent the creation or use of new accounts on the affected devices.
Violation of these Terms may result in permanent, device-level account closure without refund.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, logos and software of Tactiq are the exclusive property of the developer. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TACTIQ AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
13. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

16. AGE SIGNALS AND MINOR PROTECTION (ANDROID)
On devices running the Android operating system, where required by applicable law (such as the Texas App Store Accountability Act, Texas SB 2420), Tactiq uses the Google Play Age Signals API to determine in real time whether the current user is a minor. If a user is identified as a minor, in-app purchases are restricted and require the approval of a parent or guardian; the App otherwise remains fully available for free, and any age-appropriate content settings required by law are applied. Tactiq reads these signals solely to comply with these legal obligations and to provide age-appropriate experiences. This applies to the Android version of Tactiq only; it does not apply on iOS, iPadOS, or macOS.
