TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing or using Tactiq ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Tactiq is an AI-powered football match analysis application that provides statistical analysis, probability calculations and predictions based on publicly available data. The App uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure and artificial intelligence models to generate insights.

3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

4. DISCLAIMER — NOT BETTING ADVICE
ALL CONTENT PROVIDED BY TACTIQ IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. Nothing in this App constitutes betting advice, gambling recommendations, financial advice or a guarantee of any outcome. Tactiq expressly disclaims any liability for decisions made based on its analyses. You use the App at your own risk.

5. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
• Free Plan: 8 analyses per day, rewarded advertisements displayed before each analysis.
• Basic Plan (\$12.99/month): 16 analyses per day, analysis history (last 50), no advertisements.
• Premium Plan (\$22.99/month): 32 analyses per day, analysis history (last 200), success rate tracking, no advertisements.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

6. IN-APP PURCHASES & REFUNDS
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be directed to the respective platform. Tactiq does not issue refunds independently.

7. ANALYSIS CREDITS
An analysis credit is deducted only upon successful completion of an analysis. If the analysis fails due to a server or network error, your credit is preserved.

8. FREE TIER — ADVERTISEMENTS
Free plan users will be shown a rewarded advertisement before each analysis. You must watch the advertisement to proceed. Tactiq uses Google AdMob for advertisement delivery.

9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to:
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use the App to provide a competing service.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, logos and software of Tactiq are the exclusive property of the developer. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TACTIQ AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
