What is Tactiq?
Tactiq is an AI-powered mobile app that provides statistical analysis and probability calculations for football matches. It combines factors such as recent team form, head-to-head history, player quality, and injury/suspension data to generate outcome probabilities.
How are analyses generated?
Tactiq processes real statistical data collected via official football data APIs. This includes form over the last 5 matches, head-to-head results, squad quality, and injury/suspension status. We combine our own mathematical algorithms and data models with Tactiq AI services to weight these factors and calculate probabilities.
Is this a betting app?
No. Tactiq is not a betting app and never provides betting advice. The app is for statistical analysis and informational purposes only. Match outcomes cannot be predicted with certainty; Tactiq only derives probabilities from available data.
How reliable are the analyses?
Football is an inherently unpredictable sport where sudden developments can render probability calculations obsolete. Tactiq's analyses are based on historical statistics and do not guarantee future outcomes. Premium users can track their personal analysis success rate in their history.
Can the AI be wrong?
Yes, absolutely. Tactiq's AI works only with the data it is given, it cannot account for motivational differences not reflected in statistics, weather conditions, or dressing-room dynamics. Treat all analyses as a reference point, not a definitive outcome.
Where does the data come from?
The app accesses verified football data through official football data APIs. This includes league results, team form, player squads, and injury/suspension records. Data is updated on a regular schedule but may not be real-time.
Which leagues are supported?
Tactiq supports the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, Super Lig, and many more. Free and Basic users can access enhanced data for 200 leagues, 50 of them featured with full player data. Premium users have full data access for all leagues available in the system.
What is the difference between Free, Basic and Premium?
Free: 8 match analyses per day with a short ad before each, plus 4 live in-match analyses and unlimited stats search. Ad-Free ($6.99/mo, iOS and Android): the same experience with 10 analyses and 8 live analyses per day, no ads. Basic ($12.99/mo): 24 analyses, 20 live analyses and 15 AI tactical briefings per day, enhanced data for 200 leagues (50 featured). Premium ($22.99/mo): 50 analyses, 40 live analyses and 30 AI briefings per day, Match Simulator, calibration tracking and full data for 1,200+ leagues. On macOS the tiers are Base, Basic and Premium (Base replaces the ad-supported Free tier).
How is my analysis success rate calculated?
For Premium users, Tactiq records the assessment made at the time of analysis. After the match concludes, the system checks the actual result and determines whether the assessment was correct. The success rate is calculated across all resolved analyses.
Does the app guarantee any outcome?
No. Tactiq does not guarantee any match result, score, or statistical output. All content is provided "as is" for informational purposes only. The app cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from decisions based on its analyses.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Tactiq only retrieves your name, email, and profile photo, the same data set regardless of how you sign in (Apple, Google, or email). We don't store passwords or payment details. Your analysis data is stored encrypted and is not shared with third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store (iOS/macOS) or Google Play Store (Android). On Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Tactiq → Cancel Subscription. On Google Play: Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Tactiq → Cancel subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do notifications work?
Tactiq sends push notifications for match reminders and daily analysis suggestions. You can manage your notification preferences in Settings → Notification Preferences. Use the in-app Inbox to view your past notification history.
How many languages does the app support?
Tactiq is available in 32 languages including: Turkish, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese. You can change the language in Settings → Language.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, go to Settings → Delete Account. This action is irreversible and all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. We recommend cancelling any active subscription before deleting your account.
Does my subscription work across iPhone, Android and Mac?
Yes. Inside the Apple ecosystem, iPhone, iPad and Mac share one subscription through your Apple ID. On Android, your phone and tablet share one subscription through your Google Play account. To use the same plan across iOS and Android, sign in to Tactiq with the same Google account or email on both, and your plan follows your account. Each store still bills and manages the subscription you bought there.
